These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the moba4d platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use moba4d. Age verification is mandatory during the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one moba4d account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses accumulated across multiple accounts will be forfeited.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover is 10× the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
All balances are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. moba4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Report suspicious activity immediately.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, collusion, money laundering, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account suspension.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "Prohibited Territory" | Any jurisdiction in which online gambling is fully prohibited and Users are explicitly barred from accessing the Platform. |
Access to and use of the moba4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
moba4d reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawal.
By completing the registration process, you confirm and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility requirements. If any of these requirements cease to be met after registration, you are obligated to notify moba4d immediately and to cease using the Platform.
To access the full functionality of the moba4d Platform, you must register for an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
moba4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed and may also be triggered by unusual account activity.

KYC documents are reviewed within one (1) business day for standard cases. Complex cases may require up to three (3) business days. You will receive an email notification to your registered address upon approval or if additional documentation is required.
5.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account held in a family member's name — are not accepted and will be reversed. The following deposit channels are supported:
Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposits credited to an Account in error must be reported to moba4d customer support immediately. moba4d reserves the right to reve rse erroneous credits at any time.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The following conditions apply:
5.3 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). moba4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be converted at the prevailing interbank rate less a 2% conversion fee, or returned at moba4d's discretion.
5.4 Unclaimed Withdrawals. If a withdrawal is rejected by your bank or e-wallet provider and returned to moba4d, the funds will be credited back to your Account Balance. moba4d will notify you by email and you must submit a new withdrawal request within thirty (30) days. Failure to do so within this period may result in a dormancy review under Clause 3.5.
moba4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
moba4d may offer seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). Specific terms for these promotions will be published on the Platform at the time of the offer and will take precedence over these general bonus terms where they differ.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to acceptance by moba4d. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a reference number. moba4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
7.2 Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. moba4d endeavors to display accurate odds at all times but accepts no liability for typographical errors in published odds. Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds (a "palpable error"), moba4d reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds.
7.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are processed in real time. Network latency, connection interruptions, or device issues on the User's side do not constitute grounds for cancellation of an accepted in-play bet. moba4d is not responsible for bets placed based on information that was outdated at the time of placement due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or significantly altered prior to its natural conclusion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance in full.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. Single-event maximum winnings are capped at Rp 500.000.000 per bet slip unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with moba4d's VIP team. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to a separate maximum payout schedule available on the Platform.
7.6 Togel Rules. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, draw results are taken from the official source designated for each market. In the event of a disputed draw result, moba4d's decision — made in reference to the official source — is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the moba4d Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the moba4d Platform — including but not limited to the moba4d name, logo, trademarks, design elements, software, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of moba4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moba4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit moba4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.1 By moba4d. moba4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach, moba4d reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Genuine real-money balances (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of the investigation, provided no criminal activity is identified.
11.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting moba4d customer support via the contact email specified in Clause 15. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days of the closure being confirmed, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements being settled.
moba4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
In summary, moba4d collects the personal data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. moba4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice being given by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent moba4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.
